A setup fee may be applicable where artwork is of poor quality or requires redrawing or digitising.
Setup fees start from £25 + VAT and are charged as a one-off fee per design.
Embroidery designs can include up to 15 colours.

Preferred artwork formats:
Vector artwork is preferred where available, supplied as AI, EPS, CDR or PDF.
High-quality JPG or PNG files may be accepted but may require
redrawing or digitising to achieve the best embroidery results.

single-colour / layered colour designs for Print & Cut or Vinyl.

Preferred artwork formats:
Vector artwork supplied as AI, EPS, CDR or PDF is preferred for Print & Cut and Vinyl.
For DTF printing, high-resolution PNG (transparent background) or
high-quality JPG files are suitable and will give the best results.
